• Approximately 30% of the Series A funds will be raised at the parent company level, with the remainder allocated to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for project financing. Swan Investments and Mahesh C Solanki & Co are advising on this transaction.
• The capital raised will be used to expand Micro Mitti's operations into new Tier II cities like Surat, Meerut, Lucknow, and Jaipur, focusing on both commercial and residential projects. The company also plans to enhance its prop-tech platform for a better user investment experience.
• Micro Mitti's model allows affluent and retail investors to co-own real estate projects, with individual investors holding up to 40% and the company retaining 60%. Investment tickets range from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 5-25 crore or more.
