• The company's snacks division, featuring the Garden brand, doubled its sales in FY25 after a slump, leading CavinKare to abandon plans for divestment from the segment. However, the beverage business saw a revenue decline of 22%.
• CavinKare achieved a substantial improvement in operating margins in FY25, expanding by over 400 basis points to exceed 11%, largely due to a significant reduction in short-term debt from over Rs 200 crore in 2023 to just Rs 4 crore in 2025.
