• The company plans to use the new capital to scale its operations, focusing on expanding into quick commerce and offline retail channels. They also aim to strengthen their presence in existing product categories like shampoos, face washes, and soaps.
• Nat Habit is expanding its profitable offline retail chain, which began in April-March, by cautiously selecting stores and PIN codes and prioritizing general trade on a cash-and-carry model. The company manufactures approximately 200 SKUs daily at its Gurugram facility.
• The brand boasts a high repeat purchase rate of 52% and maintains a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 60-65, significantly higher than the average for direct-to-consumer Indian brands. Nat Habit projects net sales of Rs 125-130 crore for FY25 and aims to be EBITDA-positive within 18 months.
