• The startup is seeking to raise funds at a pre-money valuation of around Rs 80 crore and a post-money valuation of Rs 95 crore. This seed round could result in a stake dilution of up to 15%.
• Prior to this potential seed round, FitSib had already secured a pre-seed funding of approximately Rs 2.5 crore. The company currently focuses on life-threatening illnesses like cancer and heart disease for its international patients.
