• JM Financial PE received Rs 26 lakh in dividends from India Home Loan between 2017 and 2021, slightly reducing the overall loss from the investment. The PE firm has launched three sector-agnostic funds so far.
• India Home Loan's loan book grew significantly after JM Financial PE's investment but has since shrunk post-COVID-19. The company's stock has also fallen 33% since JM Financial acquired its stake in 2016.
