• IVI RMA Global, a US-based infertility treatment company, is poised to acquire ART Fertility Clinics for $400-450 million. This acquisition will expand IVI RMA's presence into the Indian market, adding to its existing network of over 190 clinical offices across multiple countries.
• The documentation for the shareholders' agreement between IVI RMA Global and ART Fertility Clinics is being finalized, with the transaction anticipated to be completed by the end of June. This move signifies IVI RMA's strategic expansion into the Indian fertility treatment sector.
