• MyPulse.io Ltd has shifted its public listing plans from an SME platform IPO to a mainboard IPO in FY27, aiming for a significantly larger offering. The company also plans to secure capital through a pre-IPO funding round by the end of the current financial year.
• The company has secured a £100 million warehousing line of credit from alternative investment firm Castlelake to scale its UK lending operations, specifically for its acquired subsidiary Nucleus Commercial Finance. This credit line is expected to nearly double their loan origination capacity to approximately £4,000 crore annually.
• Pulse anticipates substantial growth in its financial performance, projecting a nearly six-fold increase in its topline and around five-fold growth in its bottomline following the acquisition of Nucleus Commercial Finance. The company expects its profit to increase tenfold in FY26 compared to FY25.
• The company is planning to launch a new SME loan product in January 2026 targeting younger, asset-light businesses and intends to roll out an AI-based analytics platform by September 2026. Pulse is also actively pursuing two fintech acquisitions in India to initiate its domestic operations.
