• IGT Solutions, a digital solutions provider owned by EQT, has acquired UK-based digital transformation firm Yexle Ltd. Yexle specializes in Appian Professional Services, including AI-led transformation and low-code automation.
• This acquisition is expected to enhance IGT Solutions' capabilities in sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance, travel, transportation, and hospitality. It aims to help clients streamline operations and adopt enterprise AI.
• Yexle, with offices in the US, India, and Australia, will be integrated into IGTx, the digital transformation division of IGT Solutions. Novistra Capital advised Yexle on the transaction.
• The acquisition comes as IGT Solutions experienced a modest 2% revenue growth in FY24, a significant slowdown from its typical 20% annual growth rate.
