• DCM Shriram, a diversified business conglomerate, has secured a debt investment of up to $150 million (around Rs 1,313 crore) from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The IFC, the private-sector investment arm of the World Bank Group, will subscribe to DCM's non-convertible debentures for a tenor of up to 10 years.
• The company will utilize these funds to partly finance its capital expenditure plan for FY25
