• Cronus Pharma is seeking to raise $200-250 million and has attracted interest from multiple financial investors, with US-based investment banks Centerview Partners and Guggenheim Securities assisting in scouting for potential suitors.
• The company specializes in manufacturing general and cephalosporin veterinary finished dosage formulations, including injectables and tablets, and possesses significant production capacity at its Hyderabad facility.
• Cronus Pharma reported consolidated net sales of Rs 288 crore in FY24, an increase from the previous year, and swung to a profit of Rs 31 crore. For the first nine months of FY25, consolidated revenue reached Rs 396 crore, driven by strong market demand.
