• B Capital and Good Capital co-led a seed round investment in Xneeti, an e-commerce management startup founded in November 2024 by Amit Bagaria, a co-founder of Simsim, along with former YouTube executives Vipinsingh Parihar and Prateek Goyal. The round also included participation from angel and early-stage investors.
• Xneeti, based in Gurugram, aims to help Indian sellers and manufacturers scale their businesses in international markets by providing an end-to-end technology platform. The platform addresses logistics, operations, cross-border payments, demand generation, and analytics.
• B Capital, a US-based venture capital firm with over $6 billion in assets under management, closed its second opportunities fund last year with $750 million in capital commitments. They have previously invested in Indian startups like Meesho and PharmEasy.
• Good Capital, an early-stage investor, is investing from its second fund of $40 million and has previously backed unicorns like Meesho and Lead School. They also invested in Simsim from their first fund.
