• The overall size of Capillary Technologies' IPO has been reduced, with the fresh issue of shares lowered to Rs 345 crore from Rs 430 crore. Shareholder sales have also decreased from 18.33 million to 9.22 million shares.
• Investors are reportedly waiting for better pricing for their shares, prioritizing the inclusion of a strong investor base over immediate price optimization. Capillary Technologies is described as performing well.
• Capillary Technologies International Pte. Ltd (CTIPL), the parent company, will also sell fewer shares, down from 14.2 million to about 8.5 million. The company has set a price band of Rs 549-577 per share.
